produced in the Wine region of Roussillon in France.

Grape type: Syrah-Shiraz.

Based in the foothills of the Pyrenees, West of Perpignan, the Vineyard has a large diversity of soil types that the owner Denis Sarda Bobo has put to good use, planting the best type of vine on each soil.
This very distinctive and lovely Rose is a blend of Syrah, Cabernet and the local Caladoc grapes.
The Vineyard is Organic and Sustainable.
